A: The Vital Source Loyalty Rewards Program is a unique program where you can earn points for your purchases from Vital Source. These points can be redeemed for the monetary value of specified awards in either a store of your choice (e.g. Ludwig Beck, YesAsia.com, eBay, Blockbuster and many more) or for a chosen activity such as a day spa or hotel venues across the globe.

Q: How does it work?
A: You can earn one point for every dollar on your purchase order and based on your purchase volume you can choose from a vast array of gifts or donate to your favorite charity!!

Q: How do I sign up?
A: You must register yourself and receive a Loyalty Rewards member number at http://www.vitalsourceinc.com/loyalty. After registration, you’ll be given a unique member number which you MUST present upon placing an order.

Q: When do the points start accumulating?
A: To have your points count towards your purchase order you need to present your Vital Source Loyalty Rewards number to your sales representative. Therefore, each time you place a purchase order with Vital Source, you will receive a point for every dollar of your order. This information will be calculated after payment is received and will automatically be updated in the Vital Source Member section of our website.
