• To be eligible for this program, participants must be over 18.
• Loyalty points can only be earned for products purchased and paid for only and CANNOT be earned if materials are returned. If you have a company policy that does NOT allow you to accept gifts you can donate your award to your favorite charity. Or you can Sign up the company. Or DO NOT participate.
• Participants must successfully submit their Loyalty rewards number at the time of order to claim the Loyalty points. ANY claims received 7 days after product is shipped will NOT earn any points.
• Any determination with respect to the eligibility of a participant and/or an order under this Loyalty program is in Vital Source, Inc. sole discretion and such determination will be final and binding.
• Vital Source, Inc. reserves the right to change the program terms at any time with or without notice to the participants.
• In order to claim their Loyalty points and awards, participants must comply with all terms and conditions of the Loyalty program and all applicable laws and regulations.
• Participants are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents and approvals for participating in this program (including any required by law and/or the applicable participants' employers).
• This program does not create any employee-employer relationship between Vital Source, Inc. and the participants and does not create any guarantee of any awards or any continuing benefits.
• This is not a contest.
• No cash awards will be given. Loyalty points can only be redeemed for the cash value of the specified awards in the program.
• Vital Source, Inc. is not responsible for awards that are out-of-stock or no longer available. Substitute awards will not be given. Furthermore, Vital Source is not responsible for any local or country based taxation-any such local request is the sole responsibility of the recipient.
• Loyalty points and awards can only be earned and used by the participant who earned them. Neither the Loyalty points nor the awards are transferable or assignable.
• Awards must be used within a 90 day period of the received date, after which they will expire and are no longer valid.
• Vital Source, Inc. reserves the right to disallow participation by participants.
• Vital Source, Inc. disclaims all liability, to the extent permitted by law, in connection with the Loyalty program.
• By participating in this program, participants agree to all terms and conditions of this Loyalty program.
• Any point subtraction will be immediately withdrawn regardless of status. Any point additions will be reflected based on the status.
